Photo Dump Spring Part II

 Goldfinches! The grackles have given way to lots of smaller songbirds; especially goldfinches, robins, sparrows, and mourning doves. Our barn swallows also came back and are rebuilding their nest on our back deck! This photos are from early May.

 Lots of horse play!

 Sorry for the Margie Montage. She is still lame, but steps out with the same old vinegar and is super fun to ride, even if it's all extended walking and the occasional feisty trot!

 She is the worst shedder... she looked like she had mange for two weeks.

 Kaia LOVES getting on the horses, and has tantrums when you pull her off!

 I love rural life and being able to turn the girls loose!

 Travis stringing some temporary fence to get the horses grazing in the front yard. We finally had to mow anyway. :)

 They love being back in green pasture rotation!

 Sunny's first ride in our tiny, rusty trailer. He was a total champ about it.
